More movie reflections

Okay, I'm a couple of days removed from Instinct and it is still as bad as I initially thought. What the hell am I doing with my life? Really, I spent two hours of my weekend watching Donald Sutherland give sage advice to Cuba freakin' Gooding Jr. (SHHHHH!)? On top of that, now my co-author is trying to get me to watch August Rush in order to judge which is worse. That's some evil shit there.

I figured as a tribute to living with apes, as Sir Hopkins did in the cinematic masterpiece that will only henceforth be known as Instinct: God's Movie, I would use the photo above. A few other things to point out. My co-author is moving. Not far away and we will still work together, but he may be in and out of circulation for a few weeks. Essentially, his mouth wrote a check he can't cash. Mr. Clay will still be required to post about our weekly lunch and I will still expect a couple of paragraphs about any place he eats while on the road. Second, a few people have visited, and for that we thank you for looking at this little corner of the universe.
